Athletes’ subjective physical intensity counts

It turns out that players' subjective experience of the load is a precise indicator of their readiness. That's why, we're seeing the use of subjective load tools such as the RPE scale and Hooper Index are growing in popularity in team sports. The data collection is easy and it accurately assesses the internal load placed on an athlete during a training session. Today, RPE and the Hooper Index are integrated directly into the N11 coach app alongside the external load.

Goalkeepers’ hidden explosive work

One of the qualifications we’re looking for in a goal keeper is them being super explosive. Yet, goalkeepers’ performance is mostly left unnoticed by tracking systems. Simply due to the limited data points available from the GPS-based systems.
